Kingdom skyscraper

We just built a new highrise building which is almost completed (top floor) but it is now open to the public!
Rules
DO NOT edit the flooring e.g. break the wooden flooring and make a red carpet
DO NOT edit the walls e.g. make a balcony
DO NOT grief <- HAH! we will report it ASAP
What do we have to offer?
Each floor has 13 x 13 x 3 worth of space for everybody!Its free to move into the tower!We have a total of 19 roofed floors (20 is the roof) Only 19 and 20 are not done. You can do basically ANYTHING to your floor. Make it a shop,your home or your companies office??(LOL!)
Fishing
We have a nice little pond just outside our plaza! Feel free to take your fishing rod and start catching fishes!
Plaza
The plaza is located infront of our skyscraper's 2 entrance doors.It has a small fountain with a golden "sphere" on top of it. Feel free to go AFK there

Which floors can i take???
you may take only a max of 1 floor each. To claim a floor, just grab a sign and place it on the floor indicating that it is yours. DO NOT claim floors which have netherbrick as their walls. Those are public spaces in the tower.
Conveinence
We have ladder elevators which serves ALL floors in the building. However, if you dont want to waste time climing the ladders to get to your floors, We have 2 types of elevators - Ladder elevators and express sign elevators. The express elevators serves floors 1,7 and 13 only. For example, you are going to the 6th floor, you can take the express elevator to sky lobby 1 (7th floor) and go down 1 floor by the ladder elevator to reach your floor.
Sky Lobbies
Sky lobbies are special floors made of nether brick where express elevators stop at. These floors are currently empty but we might change it to a area where people can set up their shops or maybe make it into something else e.g. hotel rooms.
if the tower is full....
We will consider adding more floors or set a deal with the owner of a floor e.g. buy it from him/her?
Why didnt you go higher??
Well, We planned on it to have over 20 floors (24-26 i guess) but unfortunately, Sign elevators could not work above the clouds and it would be troublesome if you had to climb 5-10 more floors to get to your floor.
How do I get there??

UPDATE:
Floors 19 (Viewing platform 1) and 20 (Rooftop Viewing Platform) are completed!
the fastest way to get there is taking the express elevator to Sky Lobby 2 and transfer to the ladder elevator (Climb to the top from there). The completion of these floors make the skyscraper officially done.

The Sky Lobbies 1 and 2 might become:
- A public lounge
- A mini mall
- Mini Hotel
- Restaurant
Floor 19 was supposed to be a sky lobby too... but since sign elevators didnt work above the clouds, You cant use the express elevator to floor19

To be done:
- MAYBE an antenna
- Notice Board
- Cleaning up the Plaza (our walls of furnaces and chests used during construction)
- Decorating the Public areas of the tower (Sky Lobbies and Viewing Platforms)
