After delay on my part, I am releasing the decisions that have been made by those who attended the staff meeting on Wednesday, May 15th.

Those present at the meeting decided, on the following changes to the server, and based said changes on the following, (but not limited to):
what you the players of the server have discussed,
what is doable,
what we can do with our current manpower,
with what time we have to do it,
what the staff have discussed (including helpers who voiced their input),
the staff that were present at the meeting, (Myself, Toasted, Grich, and Rivet, those who were not there were given time to send their views on our staff forums, so that they may be heard as well)

We have agreed, that the best step to take for the server, would be to downsize it, reduce what resources we use, set and enforce staff policy and guidelines, give pardons to those who are banned (staff will decide who will be unbanned based off of past ban records; the reason of the ban, and more),...

In the last few days, a lot of drama has unfolded which resulted in four dedicated people being removed from the server by force. Further, many players have expressed their discontent on the forums, and have made suggestions on how to change things.

On behalf of the staff and helpers, I want to say sorry. Sorry for letting you down. Sorry for not providing a server with a great atmosphere. Sorry for not helping you when you needed something done. Sorry, sorry, sorry.

I have a plan that I want to put into play that will change the server as we know it. It will take time - by my guess it will take almost a year. But in that time, I beg of you to watch the server grow from what it is into something magnificent.

Here is the plan. Where I say "we", I mean staff/helpers:

1. In the next month, figure out what the hell we want to do with this server. We're not going to be a "jack of all trades, master of none" server. We're going to be a master in one or two things - not fiddle...
